In order to provide ample time for all appointments and scheduled surgical procedures, we see patients by appointment only. To schedule an appointment, please call (724) 588-5260. Pets, like humans, are not able to predict when illnesses occur, and sometimes patient evaluations take longer than anticipated, so an occasional appointment may be delayed.  Please realize that we make a sincere effort to see each client on time.  A phone call is appreciated if an appointment needs to be canceled or rescheduled.

     When you arrive for an appointment, we ask that you have your pet restrained, either on a leash or in a carrier.  If you need to borrow a leash, please ask a receptionist and she will provide you with one to use throughout the duration of your visit.

     For the safety of all hospitalized animals, we require that all vaccinations be up-to-date.  If the animal is undergoing surgery, we ask that your pet be dropped off either the day prior to surgery or in the morning of the surgery between the hours of 8:00am and 10:00 am.  In some cases, your pet will need to have a pre-surgery exam  to allow us to evaluate him/her for any problems that may interfere with the surgery.  Generally, animals undergoing surgery remain in the hospital overnight and can be picked up the following day.
